How do I submit a warranty or repair claim?

Can I return an item?

• If you haven’t heard from us after two business days, check your spam folder or send a polite reminder.
Lifetime Warranty on Gauged Earring Magnets
• All magnets on our gauged earrings are covered for life.
• If a magnet weakens, breaks, or separates, we’ll replace it free of charge upon proof of purchase.
• To initiate a replacement:
1. Provide your order number or receipt.
2. Send photos or a short video showing the magnet issue.
3. After approval, we email you a prepaid shipping label.
4. You ship the earrings back; we replace the magnets and return them with updated tracking info.
Lifetime Warranty on All Jewelry
• Every Stubborn Sloths jewelry piece—custom or standard, gauged or non-gauged—is backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
• We’ll replace any lost, broken, chipped, or scratched stone, gem, crystal, bead, or charm once per affected piece at no parts charge.
• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
To submit a claim:
1. Provide your order number or receipt/invoice.
2. Include clear photos or a brief video of the damaged area.
3. Supply a short written explanation of how the damage occurred.
4. Approved claims receive a prepaid return label; return your item and we’ll repair or replace the component, then ship it back within 1–2 weeks.
• Claims missing required documentation or showing damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or purely cosmetic wear will be denied.

• Non-custom, full-price items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Customers cover return shipping costs.
• Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
